- You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any item—for a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.
- Simply contact us to notify our team, and we’ll guide you through the return steps.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition, including all accessories and manuals.
- For any issues like defects or damage, please notify us with proof of purchase, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo if damaged or defective.
- Our support team will provide a return shipping label (where applicable) or explain how to proceed—often with free returns if our product is at fault.
4. Shipping Costs and Refunds
- Returns due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defects) are shipped at no cost to you.
- For other returns, unless stated otherwise, return shipping may be your responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
- Want a different size, colour, or replacement? Just say the word! We'll gladly exchange your item or send a replacement, subject to stock availability.
