Key Features
  • Premium Quality Materials
  • Durable Construction
  • Easy Maintenance
  • Versatile Design
Before First Use
  • Remove all packaging and labels.

  • Wash the casserole and glass lid in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry completely before first use.

Cooking
  • Use low to medium heat for normal cooking. The aluminium body distributes heat efficiently, so very high temperatures are usually unnecessary.

  • Use a hob ring that is appropriate for the size of the casserole. This helps provide more even heating and is particularly important when cooking on induction.

  • Do not leave the casserole heating while empty. Add food, liquid or a small amount of oil before prolonged heating.

  • Allow the casserole to heat gradually. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes, such as placing a very hot casserole under cold water, as thermal shock may damage or distort the cookware.

  • Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils wherever possible to help protect the non-stick cooking surface.

  • Avoid cutting food directly inside the casserole or scraping the cooking surface with sharp or abrasive utensils.

  • Always use suitable oven gloves or heat protection when the handles, lid or cookware become hot.

  • On glass and ceramic hobs, always lift the casserole rather than sliding it across the surface.

Cleaning
  • Allow the casserole to cool naturally before cleaning.

  • Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth.

  • For stubborn food residue, fill the casserole with warm, soapy water and allow it to soak for 15 to 20 minutes before cleaning.

  • Do not use steel wool, harsh scouring pads, abrasive powders or aggressive cleaning products on the cooking surface.

  • The casserole is dishwasher safe. However, hand washing is recommended where practical to help maintain the appearance and performance of the non-stick surface for longer.

  • Dry thoroughly before storing.
